Hyundai Launches i40 sedan Version

The Korean Hyundai has just launched our market the sedan version of its i40 model. This new model, as has been explained from the company, will take place in South Korea, is considered the first model of the Japanese designed and developed specifically for the European market. To our knowledge, is scheduled to be delivered during 2012 a total of 3,000 units of this model in our country.

Externally, the i40 features a new design new, more in tune with the tastes of European consumers, with dynamic lines and a hexagonal grid, showing the new face of Hyundai models.

The interior on the other hand, has a larger cabin and a trunk with a capacity of 505 liters. Also in this new model has worked to improve the quality of materials and board. In terms of equipment, this model is available in four trim levels available, offering among other things, the electric parking brake, the turn signal, the Start and Go, rain sensors, parking lights, warning of lane change, adaptive headlights or hill start control.

As for the powertrain range terms, this new model offers three engines, one petrol version GDi of 135 hp and two diesel variants 1.6 liter CRDi engine of 115 horsepower and 136, respectively.

In the Spanish market, the price of this model will range from 21,190 euros of the 135 hp version of GDI in the finish City and EUR 33,190 i40 CRDi GLS 1.7-liter of 136 horses in the Style trim with automatic transmission and browser.
